False advertising - No after sale service - Dishonest - Bad quality product
If there was an option to give zero stars I would’ve selected this. I bought an electric vehicle (The top of the range one / one of their most expensive ones) from them and: 1) The product was not the same as the pictures, so you don’t actually get what you buy on the website, you will get something “close” to that. (there response to me was “As per T&C’ss, we try to get imaging as close to the actual product. There is however various versions which is not always available”) 2) On inspection of the product I notified them of the issues, besides it not being the vehicle per the photos the most relevant issue was the remote didn’t work and therefore rendered the car useless as my toddler cant drive on its own. Their response was, per their T&C’s, I need to send the vehicle back in its original packaging otherwise they can't help me. For anyone that has ever received a 40kg boxed vehicle, most probably made and boxed in china, would understand how almost impossible it is to repackage something as it was received. When I said I want to speak to someone, they said, “We work on email for all correspondence reference. You are welcome to advise on your enquiry in order for us to advise and assist further.”, what business wont speak to their customers!!! Nonetheless I reboxed it and sent it back. My next correspondence from them was to send me pictures of water drops on the vehicle and also a photo of a rusty *****, they then said per their T&C’s their warranty of 1 year is void if there is water damage, how convenient!!! The car was in my position for about 3 days, and their position is that we caused water damage, so much so the *****s are rusted. How *****s rust in 3 days I don’t know. Not to bore you for much longer, the bottom line is, their products are not what they advertise and of seriously bad quality, there is ZERO after sale service and in my experience and opinion I felt they were very dishonest. The car we received back after I had to pay for the fixing of the water damages. The vehicle is non-functional after only 3 uses.
