Even 1 star is 1 star too many . Broll took over “management” of a brand new apartment block . From onset , communication was dismal. The portfolio manager was based in Durban but property is in CT , and the so called site manager and maintenance manager appointed by them were both beyond useless . We waited nearly 2 years for an AGM with endless excuses being given as to why the financials were still not complete . When we had a hot water issue and our tenants were without hot water for 3 months , owners needed to resort to contacting Broll directors to get the issue attended to with the urgency it deserved, as not much was happening on site . Thankfully we now have a new managing agent and we can really see a positive difference in service delivery .
Have been with SANTAM direct for 2 years now . All queries quickly and efficiently dealt with and last request with NCUMISA was equally and responded to .
I was relentlessly badgered to switch from my previous insurers to MiWay which I did in March of this year and I am SO sorry I did this now . I had an accident on 4 days ago and am still no where with being advised on where to have my car repaired . Promises of a call back do not happen !!! The service is shocking !!!! Think twice before signing up with MiWay !
