Placed an ordered in November, delivery was expected on the 10th of December 2024. Ordered never arrived. I emailed them for an update, I received a mail last night that my ordered csn be expected on the 24th of December. I'm not available, these are Christmas presents and I need them delivered as soon as possible. You've taken my money. I need my delivery.
Upgraded a few weeks, the samsumg table stopped working. Call center agent cannot help. Will i br payong for something that worked for a few days??????
Opened a can of baked beans to find it had less then half a can of beans.
Received a mail that my order has been canceled due to non payment. Checked my bank account and the money was deducted. I would like a refund if the order isn't going to be delivered.
Bank charges to almost a R1000.00. There is a new administration fee that is almost R500.00 , changing my bank after 23 years.
Customer Service is non existence. One cashier was extremely rude to my 60 year old mother, another cashier, Faith, cannot read print and tells me that I need to write properly. Staff needs training on how to deal with clients if they want too work in retail. PEP Meadowdale
Been debited on the 7th and 8th. Not th3 first time, keep complaining but no one assists. I want my money back!
Paid to get a sim swap done on my daughter's number on the 27 December 2022. I noticed I had issues with my number yesterday, called the call center and get advised that the swap wasn't done on my daughter's number but in mine. Call Vodacom Greenstone, across from the Fun Company, Mela advises me that all consultants are busy and if I need help u should come in to the store, I must inconvenience myself for thier mistake, I naturally get upset and she then advised,a consultant will call me. I did not appreciate her mannerisms and I still don't have my issue sorted. VODACOM wastes no time in taking my money. I am having endless issues with my contracts and I want this sorted.
Trying to cancel my contract, Nomsa in customer service, verified my details, was very polite and transfered me to the correct department, I then get Katherine Radbe, this women asked me what my name was several times, still go the spelling incorrectly, then tells me sorry call back we cannot verify you, I obviously get extremely upset, she verifys my details again and still get it wrong, I am now holding for over 19 minutes for a team leader as CELL C has not available management. This women basically said that she doesn't understand how one department can get my details right a s the other didn't not, I want this canceled today!
