DISGUSTING
This is the second complaint I have had for Clicks in Witbank. I have mental illnesses that require medication for me to be able to function. I went to hand in my prescription from my doctor that I know is a week early and I was told they would not give it to me and might not give it to me when I actually need it refilled and then refused to give me back my prescription when I asked for it back. I was told to “Pray to God.” If I had any problems if I don’t get my medication on time. This is ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING to hear as someone who depends on my medication to be able to live a normal life. I left in tears and am now terrified for myself and my unborn child if they do not give me my medication on time! PLEASE DO NOT USE CLICKS IF YOU ARE EXTREMELY ILL AND ON CHRONIC MEDICATIONS! THEY HAVE ZERO RESPECT FOR YOU AND YOUR HEALTH! It is down right rude and disgusting that I was told to just pray to god! God created the medicine to help me, not so I can not get it and then pray.

Disgusting service
If I could I would give them no stars. They are so rude and hateful. They do have 3 pharmacists who are wonderful, I lovely older women and two you gentlemen. I went in today to get my chronic medication that I have been on for 11 years, they wouldn’t give it to me and then when I asked them to call the doctor I was called a ***** infront of the whole store. Absolutely vile women with read hair who claims to be a pharmacists. Please please please do not go to this place. One bad experience ruins everything. Horrible despicable people.
