I'm really thinking that they have too much work to handle. That's my perception. On hellopeter their rating are 1 out of 5. I'm sitting without fibre for 32days now to be exact. On my previous review vodacom replied and said they will phone me...nothing. To be exact I phoned 13 times now with the same SR number: SR210424-497997 According to mastodon.phillips@vcontractor.co.za the 1st person who captured my case did it incorrect...so that means in the 9 calls I made 9 people got it wrong after I explained each and every time. I have prepaid, sitting om the phone for approximately 40min at a time..you can count how many airtime I've waisted. After call number 4 I was told my case will be excelated....today 03/05/2021 my case was given to a technician by the name of Grant..I was notified by 8AM after I contacted tollo. We've contacted again at 4pm and it was said they can't get hold of Grant...I've got hold of a manager muujahid.sallie@vcontractor.co.za who also said that Grant (technician) is the assigned tech. Now I've told Sallie that she is my last resort. Next step CeO with a registered letter. 'Cause I know vodacom will just reply to this message again ...we apologies and we will contact you.... I feel I'm just another chip in a packet. Don't have a voice The following was said "Without prejudice"
Without prejudice I'm writing this review and hoping my fibre connectivity will be resolved faster. On the 11/04/2021 I contacted vodacom fibre to resolve my query and they gave me the following reference number Vodacom: Service request SR210330-395889 update NoReply(2-IYBJLYL). No feedback....I phoned again 20 days later and received the following Vodacom: Vodacom: Service request SR210424-497997 update NoReply(2-J9GWKK6)......each and every time they ask me to unplug devices switch back on....nothing they can do on their side and have to lock it... and said they will escalate the matter....look, the call center are very friendly...but I'm paying for a service that's not working. I trust vodacom will resolve this matter a.s.a.p and then I will complete my review.
