Sunday 20 Lancet over charged me to covid test. It is 9days ago and I don't know if ill ever get my money back. No email feedback. No call from the accounts department. No customer service.
Went to Lancet for a rapid covid test they charged me R500. When I asked why they charging me R500 they said they made a mistake but i must wait two weeks for a refund
I cancelled my account with them after they increase my subscription and notify my after they have done this. They have have taken me to debit collectors. they cant show me where I agreed to the increase
