This comapny *****s from you. They deducted premiums from my bank twice. They were cancelled due to their very expensive policy. I was not informed of any changes. Now they are ignoring my deadline for me to get the money back.

SOMMER NET DIE MOER IN VIR HULLE
Very upset and saddened by this organization - My mom tried to adopt a pit bull female from them. Here is the problems which we experienced regarding this process that got no where: 1. Response on emails takes forever and then you get different messages from each response, one person is eager to help and warns that the dog we wanted to adopt is shy, that does not bother us at all, second person that emails is stating that dog has to be adopted by someone alone and does not like other dogs. Her profile on your website and I quote "LOVES OTHER DOGS". Now we are told not the case 2. You post on face book complaining about how full you are with all the strays and when someone is willing to help one of the dogs that you are posting everywhere to find a home for the answer is no you are not suitable. I can't believe this is how you go to work trying to find homes for dogs. I am very disappointed as I convinced my mom to adopt rather than shop for a dog and this how she was treated. SHAME ON YOU!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

NOT READING EMAILS OR FOLLOWING INSTRUCTIONS
First off I am very upset with the double debit orders that get taken from my bank account every month and then I just reverse it. I then get an sms stating that the first payment has been received, but then you want the double amount again. I have sent numerous emails I which I have spoken nicely in a few I was swearing at the incompetence of the people working there. I DO NOT HAVE THE ****** TIME TO TALK ON MY CELLPHONE EVERY 7 TIMES YOU PHONE. Just read my emails and do as requested and stop deducting double payments. How in this world do you expect me to live during the month and pay my other debit orders. I will keep on reversing payments until you wake up and take the extra amount at the end of the month as agreed 4 to 6 times per sms or just add an extra month or two to my final payment date. WAKE UP NOW AND FIX YOUR ****UP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN, I TAKE NOTE THAT YOU ARE TRYING TO GET HOLD OF ME FOR THE AMOUNT OF R3222.01 THAT NEEDS TO BE DEDUCTED FROM MY ACCOUNT. PLEASE TAKE NOTE THAT I HAVE SENT EMAILS REGARDING THIS MATTER AND THAT I AM AWARE THAT THE AMOUNT IS OUTSTANDING. PLEASE ADD AN ADDITIONAL MONTH TO MY DOWN PAYMENT OF LOANED AMOUNT. I HAVE REPLIED ON SMS RECEIVED ASKING TO REPLY 1 IF A BIGGER AMOUNT CAN BE DEDUCTED AT THE END OF THE MONTH BUT YOU DECIDE TO TAKE R6444.02 FROM MY ACCOUNT. ARE YOU INSANE??? HOW IN THIS WORLD DO YOU EXPECT ME TO SURVIVE A MONTH IF YOU DO THIS? NOW FOR THE LAST TIME EITHER ADD AN EXTRA MONTH TO MY LOAN AGREEMENT OR TAKE THE R3227 WHATEVER YOU WANTED BUT STOP TAKING DOUBLE DEBITS FROM MY ACCOUNT. I WILL KEEP ON REVERSING THE DOUBLE PAYMENTS AND YOU WILL KEEP PHONING ME WHERE I WILL NOT ANSWER MY PHONE AS I AM A RECEPTIONIST AND CANNOT KEEP EXPLAINING SOMETHING ON THE PHONE FOR 5 MINUTES PLUS TO A CONSULTANT THAT DOES NOT LISTEN!!!
