Company denies any legit claims. Don't bother using them! Treats people with utter disrespect.
Absolutely shocking service. They requested details and photos of an accident of a company that had taken out my property fencing and poles, Which either the driver was drunk or asleep to hit a stationery object. Took them 5 months to come back and deny a legit & very reasonable request to just replace this. My fencing was brand new too! I only just finished fencing last year. I will never use them under any circumstances. Just blow people off by saying Communication will cease! Clearly they have so many claims they can't defend them!

DRUNK/ASLEEP DRIVER TOOK OUT MY FENCING AND REFUSE TO FIX IT!
Recently, their driver drove straight into my fencing, either drunk or asleep as it was 1 in the morning. I called them to complain, the sent details to their "insurance" people who denied the claim after 5 months! They have left a gaping hole and broke 2 poles. Absolutely shocking customer service. I would never use them, even if they were the last company !!!!!!!!

BAD BAD BAD - CON ARTISTS - TAKE YOUR MONEY & DON'T FIX THINGS THEY SAY THEY WILL
I wish I had Hello Peter before I bought there. They are con artists. Tell you that they will get things fixed, you paid for and then never give the money back. They also took nearly 2 months to get this car into my name after I had called, e-mailed, called -mailed & Text and then eventually drove 2hours & 2 very expensive toll gates later got this done. They made me wait 6 HOURS before I could get this done. Still waiting on the quotes to be sorted out or money give back. MY advise. DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS SO CALLED BUSINESS - THIEVES & CON ARTISTS...
