On the 17 March 2025, i took my bus (sprinter 22 seater) for service at KM Diesel. I was parked and hit by I connect courier guy. He admitted that he was at fault and gave mi their insurance company details that they use. I called their insurance and they also admitted and i gave them a quotation but when i call them it’s either they hang up after hearing its mi or they say they will get back to mi. Its almost a year now but nothing positive is coming from them.Thy do not even call.

I recently had a deeply troubling experience with Arrow Marketing and Sales. I was enticed by promises of a monthly salary and commission, only to discover upon joining that these promises were entirely false. The atmosphere within the company was highly unprofessional, with questionable management practices and an alarming lack of transparency. From the outset, it was clear that something was amiss. The contract I was pressured into signing was dubious, and the administrative processes were handled by individuals clearly unqualified for their roles. Attempts to clarify job responsibilities and rights were met with hostility and, ultimately, wrongful termination without prior notice. Moreover, concerns about data privacy and the company's compliance with tax laws were swept under the rug, leaving employees vulnerable to exploitation and legal consequences. Communication channels were blocked, including email and HubSpot, leaving me no choice but to reach out via Facebook. Worse yet, every attempt to reclaim owed wages was met with threats of legal action from the company's so-called "legal executives". This, combined with the company's refusal to pay, raises serious ethical and potentially legal concerns. I implore anyone considering opportunities with this company to proceed with utmost caution. Seek legal counsel before signing any contracts, and be wary of promises that appear too good to be true. My experience serves as a cautionary tale against this company's deceptive practices and disregard for employee rights.

Absolutely shocking service. They requested details and photos of an accident of a company that had taken out my property fencing and poles, Which either the driver was drunk or asleep to hit a stationery object. Took them 5 months to come back and deny a legit & very reasonable request to just replace this. My fencing was brand new too! I only just finished fencing last year. I will never use them under any circumstances. Just blow people off by saying Communication will cease! Clearly they have so many claims they can't defend them!

My claim was referred to Arrow underwriting managers after their client, Yacoobs Transport driver bumped and damaged my vehicle. Because of all delays with the truck company itself, the company's broker. I was forced to fix my vehicle after supplying the required documents they eventually after so much delay come back with a subpar offer compared to the cost paid to fix my vehicle. They down respond to email, they treat clients unfairly, so many people get cc'd in email as a client you don't even know who is who in the zoo as they are all incompetent with zero professionalism. Because I refused their ridiculous offer no one is responding to my emails for updates which is very unprofessional, the likes of Ru-Juan Jobert, David Lip****z, Grant Douglas, Neil Smith all unprofessional and horrible with customer service.

Horrible experience, I logged a claim as third party after a client of theirs Bumped into my vehicle. Claim was logged with Arrows on the 28th of July 2022 and up to thus far my claim is still in progress. I call and email almost weekly for an update and all I get is pure disrespect from the Arrows Team, Today I called in after having sent numerous emails requesting for feedback only for Sean to blatantly say I must stop calling them and then hang up the call. This company has no regard for client service and they are very rude and disrespectful.
