I did an order 19h38 kept calling the Umphakathi Store stating I did not receive my order. I even rated the driver 1 stating I have been waiting for 2 HOURS. THEY told me the driver is on his way back. Stating that he delivered. Where and who only he will know because he never called me once to advise if was running late or is outside. Now the store is assume closed, Umphakathi Mall in Randfontein with HORRIBLE service NEVER called me back with feedback and resolution for the driver to explain where he deliver such a big order with extras.
What a lovely personality that I just engaged with Mpho Tshabalala... you can tell from her voice her dedication to her client service. Had a brief little chat with her. She hasn't even had lunch at 2pm for the day and not grumpy at all 😊 she provided me with world class service; very friend and when she hit a stubble block the most gracious thing happen that I appreciate most; she informed me then she will be reffering for help and asked me please to not drop the line whilst she went to ask for help, thus keeping me informed. Cartrack this is an asset. Keep up the great work Mphoza. And yes Ms Thomas speaks isiZulu as well. Had to entertain her as well. She sounds like a lovely person. I am a Manager myself and also deals with client experience my staff provide; she would be one to *****. Keep her happy 😊 Loved engaging with your bubbly personally. May she please be give the recognition she deserves ❤️
Capitec is unable to provide me with a paid up letter via their contact centre that also provided me the loan. With verified details. They are able to assist to get credit via telephone an email but cannot provide after service when you pay up your loan 4 years in advance. I have just spend 45mins at my personal expense on a call from pilar to post between all their departments. Client care, collections and who knows where. I ended up speaking to Mariam a supervisor in client care after waiting 23mins being on hold!!! They have my email address and contact details but it is "unverified" and thus I cannot get a paid up letter. So must I be forced to bank with them and have their APP to be given an actual "client care" experience. Why is it my problem if your different department do not talk to each other systematically. Yet they have all my details. So now all this supervisor could so do is still refer me query to another department in recoveries which has a SLA of 3 days..where is all this is the Client Care?
If I have an option of zero stars that would the the most suitable option. Firstly did they not process a paid order. They have acknowledged that and stated I would be refunded. I am still struggling to get my money from snatcher since JUNE!!! I have been dealing with Tashriek Rustin he is one of the most incompete customer agents I have come across with a business. The business itself has no human centricity. The level of incompetence is merely unacceptable to be continuously told my refund will be processed. Furthermore, does Tashriek not even follow up with his complaints as I am the one constantly querying my refund and why it is not being processed as they are more incomplete to have the items available for delivery.
Very caring individual assisted me. Ntsako. Listened to my need careful and did a second phone back to me to check if I had been assisted by the tow company. After hearing I'm in an Uber he even asked why I was not given a lift, but explained I'm in a hurry and opted for an Uber. We'll Done Ntsako. Keep up the great work. Great client experience
My claim was referred to Arrow underwriting managers after their client, Yacoobs Transport driver bumped and damaged my vehicle. Because of all delays with the truck company itself, the company's broker. I was forced to fix my vehicle after supplying the required documents they eventually after so much delay come back with a subpar offer compared to the cost paid to fix my vehicle. They down respond to email, they treat clients unfairly, so many people get cc'd in email as a client you don't even know who is who in the zoo as they are all incompetent with zero professionalism. Because I refused their ridiculous offer no one is responding to my emails for updates which is very unprofessional, the likes of Ru-Juan Jobert, David Lip****z, Grant Douglas, Neil Smith all unprofessional and horrible with customer service.
