Horrible experience, I logged a claim as third party after a client of theirs Bumped into my vehicle. Claim was logged with Arrows on the 28th of July 2022 and up to thus far my claim is still in progress. I call and email almost weekly for an update and all I get is pure disrespect from the Arrows Team, Today I called in after having sent numerous emails requesting for feedback only for Sean to blatantly say I must stop calling them and then hang up the call. This company has no regard for client service and they are very rude and disrespectful.
