I'm being double billed for a maintenance plan that i requested to be cancelled - 3 months with this happening and nothing has been done. I'm being told to contact the team after 14 working days "to see" if it has been resolved. this is frustrating as everyone is "penny pinching" with all the upsets that Covid has done.
I was in the midst of buying Wifi through MTN - all went well til the delivery guy came through and left with the item as no OTP was issued to me - I am now being debitted for something that is apprently cancelled on their side. No one has bothered to respond to me after making several visits to MTN and chatting to consultances
1. I beg for feedback 2. I have to define my expectations instead of them defining their way of working 3. Did I mention No feedback 4. Excuses are prime but the not a way forward is scarce 5. Fail to be proactive
