Going the Extra mile & beyond.
Excellent service. They went the Extra Mile to help me when i discovered that i was paying unnecessarily high fees by other companies. So glad that they will be assisting me with hosting & building a website as well, where i will be getting support 24/7 throughout the marketing process. So grateful to have found them.

Paying extra for Free services.
WordPress is a money making scam. I recently found out that the services they charge for are Free with other providers. It just cost unnecessary money to use them... email is free with other hosting companies, but with them you need to pay. Tried loading my web design from a free program to their platform & now they want more money. Definitely don't recommend using their services.

Large cancellation fees
Recently I experienced the unexpected reality that the wording in WIRUlinks contract to be very misleading. Stating that a reasonable cancelation fee would be deducted when canceling the contract, only to find that they charged me the same amount as what i would have paid per month all at once with only a tiny discount hardly noticeable discount. Their fees are already very high with me paying roughly R1000 per month & then being charged a large amount for leaving my contract 2 months early due to me moving house. This is a huge shock after being with them for such a long time. I do not recommend anyone signing a contract with them.

A Network that Traps All their clients with fees!
Don't sign a contract with this company. They are expensive & will trap you. If you move they will charge you a large installation fee again... if you try to cancel they will CHARGE YOU FOR ALL THE REMAINING MONTHS with a tiny discount... same rand value as a kids meal at your local restaurant. They mislead you in their contract and state "that a REASONABLE CANCELATION FEE WILL BE CHARGED" Is a R100 discount really reasonable if your contract has 2 months left, now you Owe them R2000 after being with them for years paying R1000 pm for Uncapped fibre? Which is ridiculously expensive for fibre anyway! Don't join them, they will trap you & give you no other option than to pay them a Large amount of money to get out. They are crooks!
