Extremely disappointed, awaiting delivery for over 5 months
We bought two sneackers in December we returned one pair as we were not happy with it. We have been asking for our refund and nothing have came through. We even offered them to give us another pair instead of our refund, they have been promising to send it but even now they have not.

I have been with King Price for more than 5years no complaints at all
I have been with King Price for more than 5years no complaints at all. Even through my rough patch they were there to make things easier for me. In 2021 I had a major accident where I was taken by the ambulance from the scene and they recovered my car from a breakdown that had taken my car lying that they were working with my insurance.

Appreciation
I would like to share with you my experience with King Price over years. I have been quite problematic but non of my claims were unsuccessful but most of all they understand I am already under trauma and they help all they can. Even when a third party is involved they really do become my representative. For now I would like to appreciate Anita Nhamposse who assisted me with my recent claim. She communicated with me throughout, updating me of what they busy with. So I take off my hat when it comes to their service.
