No feedback, poor service and incorrect charges.
How long does a bank take to provide feedback to a client. I have made numerous calls to sort out incorrect banking fees and still no feedback or refund. I have banked with this company for many years and I definitely need change the company I entrust my money with.

Poor Business Practice
I have found out that Standard bank has been charging me for an upgrade on my account that I did not give consent to. They have not responded to my calls or emails regarding this. I have banked with this company for many years and I am absolutely disgusted with their lack of customer service. Definitely will start looking for a better banking alternative.
