Horrible service!!!!

I have contacted yourselves on numerous occasions on different platforms with no results. I have Facebook messaged and numerous calls where false promises were made as no resolution was received. My complaints is as follows and if not addressed accordingly I will seek legal advice and will be reporting your new entity to the Ombudsman and The competition commission for violation of the consumer protection act. You did not inform me via E-Mail/ SMS NOR Telephonic communication that D&D Has merged with SOS and now falls under National. No communication was received of the price increase which is now R721.72. MY account was debited from an unknown source therefore my Account information and personal details were shared without my consent. you have breached the POPI Protection of Personal Information Act (POPI Act).
