Horrible service!!!!
I have contacted yourselves on numerous occasions on different platforms with no results. I have Facebook messaged and numerous calls where false promises were made as no resolution was received. My complaints is as follows and if not addressed accordingly I will seek legal advice and will be reporting your new entity to the Ombudsman and The competition commission for violation of the consumer protection act. You did not inform me via E-Mail/ SMS NOR Telephonic communication that D&D Has merged with SOS and now falls under National. No communication was received of the price increase which is now R721.72. MY account was debited from an unknown source therefore my Account information and personal details were shared without my consent. you have breached the POPI Protection of Personal Information Act (POPI Act).

20 minutes no answer cannot leave a message voice mail full. Better calling saps I'm sure they are faster.

D&D Tactical & SOS.... What a JOKE!!!
Wow.... So D&D Tactical Staff had to find out on facebook that they are merging with SOS in Dec 2019. In Feb 2020 things looked completely different, everything happened way too fast. SOS is calling the shots and they run the show. SOS bought D&D and hoped that the employees are to dumb to notice it. Now most of D&D Tactical staff being treated lower than soap scum and they are getting demoted or retrenched.... Aint that some.

D&D tactical doesn't care.
It's 12.50 AM & I go to put the alarm on. Punch in my code as I do ever night & this beeping starts going off. Constant load beeping with the "System" light highlighted. I try to press the numbers again but the alarm pad is not reacting at all. Now I'm thinking OK there's obviously something wrong with the "system" as that's the light that's going off so I call ********** 050 to get some sort of guidance. The person on the phone obviously has no idea *** to do & ends up concluding that a technician must & can only be called in the morning & that we have to sleep with this constant beeping all night. To someone who has to get up for work tomorrow that was like saying "**** you, we don't care" ???

Panic alarm pressed at my house, took them 20m to arrive, with Eish, IM sorry! Should be our south african motto. Take note no capital letters on sa, because we dont deserve them. Well done d&d is that d... @ d...? Useless, yet they take your money every month, thank you. Bosses are loving life abroad!!!! I say EISH, thank you wish i could give you minus stars!!!

<p>I have been a client of D&D Tactical armed security response for the last three years. I have had at least three false alarms per week. D&D have always called within 30 seconds to check. I really needed them to respond three times when there was a real need for armed response. they were there every time. THANK YOU D&D.</p>
