Got overcharged on two occasions, tried find out the reasons and non were provided.
I have not been refunded for a booking cancelled weeks ago.
Bought a mcfeast from mcdonald's campus square, specifically mentioned not a hot one but, I get home that's what's packed. This is not the first time this happens, at the very same mcdonald's
I have bad network and router, tried calling in and not getting any assistance. Am really thinking of cancelling all i have with vodacom

I have been charged extra for pro rata as opposed to being charged less. As other companies charge less for pro rata, Vodacom really sees no issue with charging more because a contract was initiated mid month.
Liberty has run more than 6 debit order from my account without prior arrangements putting me in financial strain. Even when I call, my calls are dropped, they promised to put a hold on the debit orders but still they continue
Ordered items, Order number 178703504 wshich I was charged for to fetch the next day from the depo. Changes were now made saying the items will only be available on the 16.
Absa is not taking my claim as seriously as they should considering I do not have water due to a geyser issue, the geyser which apparently is still under warranty. They keep bouncing me from one service provider to another. Am one day short of a week with this issue.
I logged a few queries yesterday via WhatsApp regarding this order #DFD225327287. They keep taking their time to respond and when they do the close the call too quick on purpose with in five minutes. The order was incomplete, came late and was cold. Only 1 of the ( 2 x Mega Cheese and Bacon Duo) was delivered.
