I purchased 2 items on 06 Jan 2026 for the amount of R872.12 but up until today I have not received the items.
I HAVE BEEN TRYING TO SORT OUT BEEN CHARGED THE INCORRECT AMOUNT FROM LAST YEAR APRIL 2020 BUT MTN CANNOT RESOLVE MY ISSUE SAYING THAT DUE TO THEIR NEW BILLING SYSTEM THEY CANNOT MOVE MY CONTRACT TO THEIR NEW SYSTEM. I HAVE SPOKEN TO NUMEROUS STAFF AT THE CALL CENTRES WITHOUT MY ISSUE BEEEN RESOLVED. LAST WEEK I NEEDED TO DO A SIM SWOP BUT COULD NOT DO IT AS THE MTN STORE SAID I MUST PAY R500. I AM HORRIFIED AT THE POOR SERVICE I HAVE RECEIVED FROM MTN. THEY OWE ME A CREDIT FOR THE PAST YEAR AND I HAVE BEEN UNABLE TO USE MY R110 FREE AIRTIME FOR THE PAST YEAR. REQUEST NO: #159362
