The dealership is a **** of note! They will give you an unreliable car that will stop moving the next day when you want to leave your house! Extremely disrespectful and ********* in their dealings to remediate and refund clients. Not worth the stress, costs and loss!

Unresolved Deposit Dispute: Horrible Service
On Saturday the 25th of Nov 2023 the ATM at Thornetree Branch did not process my deposit. The message received: Capitec: Update on Reference number 113066960. We received your ATM dispute and will investigate. We will provide feedback in the next 48 hours. The above turnaround time has lapsed and a week after communicated time I'm still being told excuses. I don't believe it takes 7 days to count money deposited into an ATM. We are being given attitude and being treated in a bad manner for following up daily and Capitec is now not even responding to complain emails and employees investigating the matter are nowhere to be found! Horrible service!
