The worst service EVER. The lady by the name of Hazel should not be trusted with a phone to speak to client cause NO. I enquired about my levy statement amount which was incorrect. I sent her an email on Monday (4/5/2021) she did not respond, I sent a follow up email on Tuesday (5/5/2021) she did not respond and than I decided to call on Wednesday (5/5/2021) to find out here they got my levy balance from. She started shouting at me, giving me no time talk and respond to what she was saying. Almost every time I started talking she would say ''don't speak over me''. Zero customer service satisfaction. She ended the call saying that she was going to finance to ask, I called at 13:30pm and it's not 15:27 but I have received no email no phone call from her and judging from her attitude from our telephonic interaction I highly doubt that she'll return to me with any answer. Propell should invest in customer care and telephone etiquette for it's employees. This is customer service in the sh*t hole at it best.
