Happy to charge an admin fee of R300 a month on money that is paid to them in error month in and month out without so much as a second thought about attempting to phone me with that "admin fee". I can only hope I get the opportunity to one day take them for a ride too. I missed an email during an exceptionally busy time, I don't think charging a R300 a month fee all the while keeping quiet is ethical.

Biggest bunch of ******* who offer no value. Andre is a fool and an idiot and all the people that work there too. They signed a private contract with the Summerville Hagley developers and ran up the debt to R 30 million rand. Go and look at - https://www.saflii.org/za/cases/ZAWCHC/2024/187.html and how the high courts found the contract *******. They are now selling off Propell allegedly - do not TRUST these *******. Look at https://www.businesslive.co.za/bd/companies/financial-services/2016-07-07-capitec-bosses-in-row-over-property-loan-with-35-interest/ How can you sit with at least 27 cases in the WC High Court - they are running a complex pyramid/Ponzi scheme and have used Summerville Hagley to perfect their thieving - most of the cases are since 2016 - go and look it up.

Poor customer service,very dissapointing. The supporting team offers very poor advice and will very seldom actually remedy a query.. They are either lazy or not competent. They don't reply promptly or at all to some enquiries, they do not perform due diligence before sending out communication, they charge for services they don't actually provide and supply conflicting information, they are not able to supply current financial statements, when raising discrepancies on the 2022 Financials presented in july 2024, they said thers no point raising discrepancies because these are outdated Financials. These guys are no help and just take your money for nothing.

If I could give a zero I would, i was retrenched during covid and had to sell my property but the time the sale was concluded I had been listed by for non payment of levies. on completion of the sale the sale the levies were settled this was May, I contacted propel for send a paid up letter so that I could clear my record with the credit bureau's I was send from pillar to post and only got a response end September. I was told by the bureau's that the letter I've been issued with does not suffice and what they want I forwarded the email to Ronel and Hilde who gave me their new attorneys number who had not been the one to do the judgement for them. I have communicated with the new attorney and understandably its not their matter. I called to enquire about a way forward and in not so many words Geraldine Abrahams who had not seen the communication asked to assist when I told her my matter she told me I am lying and do not comprehend the english language and she continued to tell me that this has nothing to do with the company and I need to go to any court in South Africa to rescind the judgment Geraldine refused to listen to what I wanted and insinuated that I am stupid because I kept on referring to my email communication with Hilde she kept on saying that I am lying thats not what the emails said I told her what the emailed request from the Compuscan are said and she said there is no such I am lying I told her I have sent the email to Hilda, Ronel and Asha and she kept on saying their numbers are engaged and I am blocking her line she has told me what to do until she transferred me to Asha because Asha doesn't deal with the matter I had called for I suspect.

The worst service EVER. The lady by the name of Hazel should not be trusted with a phone to speak to client cause NO. I enquired about my levy statement amount which was incorrect. I sent her an email on Monday (4/5/2021) she did not respond, I sent a follow up email on Tuesday (5/5/2021) she did not respond and than I decided to call on Wednesday (5/5/2021) to find out here they got my levy balance from. She started shouting at me, giving me no time talk and respond to what she was saying. Almost every time I started talking she would say ''don't speak over me''. Zero customer service satisfaction. She ended the call saying that she was going to finance to ask, I called at 13:30pm and it's not 15:27 but I have received no email no phone call from her and judging from her attitude from our telephonic interaction I highly doubt that she'll return to me with any answer. Propell should invest in customer care and telephone etiquette for it's employees. This is customer service in the sh*t hole at it best.

I have never been harassed by a company as much as I have been by Propell. I am a sole breadwinner in my household and I lost my employment due to COVID-19. I have explained this on numerous occasions. I have been served with a summons by the sheriff of the court. That’s propell for you, no consideration.
