I have never been harassed by a company as much as I have been by Propell. I am a sole breadwinner in my household and I lost my employment due to COVID-19. I have explained this on numerous occasions. I have been served with a summons by the sheriff of the court. That’s propell for you, no consideration.
I have had the worst customer service experience from iStore. I applied on 15.10.2019 for a new cellular contract and did not receive a response until the 17th when I emailed for a status on my application. On 21.10.2019 I receive a mail stating I have been provisionally approved and documents were sent to me for completion. The documents that were sent were for another customer. I responded indicating this and the correct documents were sent on the 22nd after apologies for the delay and mixup. I sent the documents on the 22nd, I did however not include two documents which was a fault on my side. Nobody called me to tell me I didn’t send all the documents, instead I had to call on the 24th to query why I haven’t received an update. I was candidly told I did not send all documents. Is it not normal practice to inform customers if there are documents missing? That issue was resolved almost immediately, I sent the documents a few minutes after. I was told my issue would be resolved at the beginning of this week. On Monday, the 28th I was told I would receive my phone either on Tuesday or Wednesday. On the 29th I received no call. On the 30th, I call to ask for the status of my delivery, I get told Of a shortage in supply and that I must wait for delivery on Friday, the 1st of November. My question is why do I have to call on the day of delivery to be told I would not be receiving my phone today. I have been using my airtime almost every day querying this issue. Online purchases are there for convenience, I think I would have been better off walking into the store and applying for this contract. This matter has been going on for two weeks and counting. I am not even confident I will receive my phone this week. This is by far one of the worst customer experience I have received from iStore, not forgetting my recent experience with iStore Pavilion where I was accused of returning a counterfeit cellphone case to the store. I am beyond words, it is sad to see a company with such a good reputation deteriorate to this level. PS: I still have not received my phone, my calls and emails are not being answered.
<p>I BOOKED INTO PLM LODGE ON UMBILO ROAD ON 28 OCTOBER AT 23:40. AS WITH ANY LONG TRIP, THE FIRST THING I DID WAS JUMP INTO THE SHOWER. AFTER HAVING A SHOWER, I NOTICED A PUDDLE OF WATER THAT HAD SEEPED FROM THE SHOWER OUT OF THE BATHROOM AND INTO THE CORRIDOR. THEN I FOUND THAT THE BEDDING WAS MESSED, VERY NOTICEABLE BECAUSE THE BEDDING IS WHITE. AND A WINDOW WAS NOT CLOSING. I COMPLAINED TO THE "MANAGER" ON DUTY AND HIS ONLY RESOLVE WAS TO CHANGE TO A MORE EXPENSIVE ROOM INSTEAD OF MOVING US TO A BETTER ROOK OF THE SAME PRICE OR REFUNDING MY MONEY. I WILL NEVER COME TO THIS LODGE EVER AGAIN!!!!</p>
