WORST SERVICE EVER
Don’t ever buy a ring at Sterns, I sent my ring in because the diamond came loose after all these years, it took a week to get it back. Next day the diamond falls out. Returned to Somerset Mall and it’s been over a week now with no follow up call. I had to contact the store myself. So the question is who the hell does the repairs and where is my ring? Now I will have to contact and find out and there is no sms and no communication

Disgusting online and telephonic service
Clicks is a bunch of unprofessional ******. I paid my municipal on their app and my money was taken. I have been emailing and contacting them ever since for my refund and every time it’s one story after another. When asking to speak to his manager today on the telephonic call, his manager is not available. Nobody keeps me updated but my money was taken. Pls don’t ever download their app and make any payments.# 721706

Ackermans belhar is DISGUSTING
Staff at Ackermans belhar are rude, uneducated and extremely unprofessional. No regard for the elderly woman standing for almost an half and hour waiting for service, while two tellers are there. After walking up and down I eventually find the manager Galima who does not reprimand her lazy workers. They then make me wait even longer and has an attitude. I don’t understand why people are in these positions when they are not equipped to deal with human beings. They should be packing cloths in a stockroom as they have no people skills. There are so many educated young professionals who could do with a job like this.

My cousins account. Was hacked by this person with a contact number, NG+2348106469900 I am so disgusted by how easy it was. However thanks to Instagram verification etc I could get it back. I am dissatisfied by how easy it was however grateful to get it back for him

Disgusted by Vuma. So they took my money on Tuesday and a week has gone by. Still no WiFi. Everytime we call its the same story since Tuesday. AFRIHOST keeps logging but nothing happens. Please warn your family and friends about this Pathetic Vumatel who can’t deliver. Rather stick to Reliable service providers like mtn etc
