Beware Makro online 3rd party purchase Total 3rd party **** that Makro is allowing through their online platform… Ordered a bathroom mirror R1350 and received plastic feet for a bed with clearly **** invoice for someone completely different … logged the return for an incorrect item delivered to be told that 3rd party purchase will only issue a refund and not send the correct item.. but refund is a minimum of 3 weeks .. having looked at previous replies on Hello Peter… I can see this is constantly happening and refunds do not appear …. Shame on you Makro.. a store I used to trust..,
1st December 2025 I paid in full for a Duvet cover. After much chasing on the delivery on the 9Th December 2025 I reviewed a small box containing a set of Volkano headphones ordered through “ Incredible Connection “ ordered by someone living in a township in Boksburg when I live in CT. The small box has my name and address and a label “ From Boardmans” but clearly not To this day I still have nothing and absolutely nothing has been actioned regarding a replacement duvet cover or a refund , despite many many e mails and telephone calls It was then placed with the supervisor Louisa Baloyi, who was apologetic and that she would treat this as urgent .. still absolutely zero action or communication… I have now place this with the South Africa Consumer Complaints ..,both Boardmans and Incredible Connection now come under the umbrella of Pepkor.. so I will also post this on Pepkor…. I seen a recent post here involving Louisa Baloyi and non delivery of 2 beds from Russels ( also under Pepkor umbrella) so in short do not touch anything related to Pepkor … because everyone is blaming the “ Warehouse” but NOBODY is taking accountability and nothing is resolved .. sorry Boardmans … NEVER again wil I make a purchase from you
Total ****…money paid in full and zero goods… very annoyed that Facebook and Payfast do not complete background checks before allowing companies ( China based) to advertise their goods… outrageous ..get sent e mails saying that when I receive my goods ( never ) there will be a R250 voucher to apologise for delay… total ***** and **** and FB should be held accountable for allowing them to advertise

I recently had my second annual car service at the Seapoint branch in Cape Town… I don’t know if other branches operate on the same way but I cannot praise this branch and it’s staff enough. Welcoming, friendly, professional , organised, punctual and total transparency on everything that was done with documentation to back it up… and as for all the little extras like sweets, air freshener, tax disc sticker and this year a lovely little wooden car in my key ring .. and a spotless car .., Absolutely blown away and won’t go anywhere else
I have been with Vox Telcom for a couple of years now and any time I have had an issue .. I send an e mail to their support desk and invariably, within 30 minutes at the very most.. I receive a phone call and someone patiently walks me through putting the issue right or they will keep me constantly informed about something that might be an issue on their end . The performance of my cable connection is superb and the politeness and knowledge of their staff is outstanding .. I would heartily recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable and honest ISP.. thank you Vox ♥️
