EXTREMELY BAD SERVICE AND NO REFUND ON NON-DELIVERY OF GOODS!!!
<div>On 26 March 2021 I ordered a action camera (COOAU4K 16MP WI-FI ACTION CAMERA EXTERNAL MICROPHONE ... ) from PcLink Computers and paid by card. The online advert indicated (and still indicates this today) that the camera is available and in stock at the supplier. The supplier for the camera is in the USA and thus the order is subject to a wait of 20 working days before querying delivery if not already received. After 20 working days I queried but was told that the supplier was not giving an estimated arrival date so I would be reimbursed. As of 25 May 2021 and after numerous queries to PcLink I am still waiting for reimbursement. If you intend purchasing anything online from PcLink computers I suggest you first check out their Facebook page and note the number of people who have also paid but never received either goods or a reimbursement.</div>

Excellent service and very prompt shipment of the goods! I wish all online sales could be as good as this!

PcLink Computers poor service
This company advertises stock which it does not have in store, then gets you to wait 20 working days before querying your delivery upon which they tell you the stock is unavailable and you will be reimbursed. Two weeks later and I have still not been reimbursed. Their Facebook page is also filled with customer complaints.
