Diens soos hierdie maak dat mens nie klein besighede wil ondersteun nie. Mei maand al ‘n order geplaas en tot vandag toe nie gekry nie. Ek is ook nie seker of ek dit gaan kry nie want die terugvoer is maar traag.

How many superstar does it take to solve a problem???
I have applied for fibre with Supersonic on the 11th of January 2021. Up to date they have not yet deliver the router. After numerous calls requested them to deliver a router they have informed me that the router cannot be delivered as a technician needs to come and setup the router. Today is the 18th of May 2021 already and guess what?? Still no router...this is unacceptable! they are very quick to take their money but they dont want to deliver the service.
