Selecting the wrong item on the website form, gets you a call from a lady who calls you 'a rude individual.' Why would you mess up my day just because I wanted a valuation on my car?
Yoco is a friendly bunch. Really great people. The card machine is simple to use and has taken the stress out of card payments. Yet, it took month to setup my Yoco account and trying to get in contact with them was a challenge. If you are signing up to Yoco be prepared for a lengthy back and forth with support - that's if you even get them to reply to emails or answer calls.
