Worst service provider
I fail to understand that my wifi doesn’t work when i call the stuff is confused about the unlimited deal its been 3 days now n im expected to pay R1600 end of the month.When a payment is mixed we are expected to pay interest no im out of wifi for 3 days im sure i will not reciprocate any extra data. Telkom is the worst service provider ever and when im at work i dont have network in a CBD its not even like im in a rural area or location and when im at home i dont have wifi so now im expected to buy data im really feedup

Refusing to Pay
They are refusing to pay out our claim my grandfather has passed away and they are telling us stories that they don't have money yet they have been deducting premiums every month they don't even want to pay us back our premiums and we have no momey to Bury him

Worst EXPERIENCE with OLD MUTUAL
Old Mutual is harassing me to pay Medical Aid fees i know nothing about. I resigned in October and left the company when i signed my exit pack i was told before they will pay me my pension fun money they will 1st check if i don't ow the company money and if i don't have any outstanding balances, so i waited and received all my money in December. months went by without hearing anything from them as i was assured before i left Old Mutual that all was well the was nothing missing and i didn't ow them anything. In June 2020 i received a call from a lady telling me that they are calling in connection with a old Mutual staff medical aid fund when i told her i no longer work for old Mutual she was puzzled told her i left the company in October she told me they are a new administration they took over from the previous company and told me i ow Old Mutual money i asked her to please write me an email explaining to me how am I owing Old Mutual she sent me something that didn't make sense and was not detailed. I started working for Old Mutual in April and at that time i was using Bonitas Medical Aid i was informed i have no choice but to join Old Mutual's medical Aid which i joined within 3months working for Old Mutual i was given R3000 worth of benefits that was for me and my son which meant R1500 for me and R1500 for my son for Doctors visits, over the counter and others, and when i left in October i still had some savings money left to spend and in my understanding the outstanding balance was suppose to be given back to me in cash. The medical aid was deducted from my payslip i didn't have a basic income so my contribution towards the medical was not much, i left the company because the money i was earning was not enough for 3months i earned R700 a month because i had no basic income and it was hard to make target which they also deducted their medical aid from that amount now i fail to understand why they are calling me telling me i ow them R2892 telling me the company gave me money in advance meaning that R3000 was suppose to last me n my son the whole year which i fail to understand as we all know medication doesn't come cheap or i was not suppose to resign from the company if that's the case i owed their Medical Aid why was it not deducted from the pension fund . The last time they called me was july 2020 and now they are calling me back again they have handed me over to some ITC company. I honestly fail to understand how one owes medical aid when its deducted straight from your payslip. Now I'm being told that this will affect my Credit Bureau profile as if i took a loan from them.
