I have been communicating with Bizportal via my twitter account since Tuesday with regards to my refund. I have made it clear that I have had no joy with the website refund process and I still have not been helped. The money is mine. I want it back. I have done the whole website refund thing but it comes back incorrect. It has changed my request for my money to a request to change password. What am I supposed to do? Give up? I want my money.
