I and several other users of the platform have not been able to logon to the platform to try and sort out our business admin therefore potentially affecting our potential to make a living due to the below error that I presume might have been caused by a system change that has DHA(Department of Home Affairs) link/integration that is clearly no functional. Please fix this because we need to work and the lies your call center agents are telling us are annoying because some of us are tech professionals people and we know that there's nothing wrong currently with DHA. UNSUCCESSFUL VERIFICATION Department of Home Affairs is currently offline. Please try again later.

Online site has not been working and constantly giving error messages for several days. I have complained but Bizportal does not seem concerned at the seriousness of this. The replies I've got blatantly says that I am doing something wrong. If Bizportal / CIPC is not prepared to provide the service to register a company, we need to have someone else take over!!!

I have registered a company few weeks ago. Few days after registration I received an email saying that my application has been rejected because of non payments or not enough funds in my account. The best part of it all is that you cannot get hold of these people. The phone is ringing forever.,there is no email address, the only email address direct you to a sign in page which doesn't accept your credentials. So there is no other avenue to reach this people and to get in contact with them. Thhe amount paid did went of from my bank account into their account

I have been communicating with Bizportal via my twitter account since Tuesday with regards to my refund. I have made it clear that I have had no joy with the website refund process and I still have not been helped. The money is mine. I want it back. I have done the whole website refund thing but it comes back incorrect. It has changed my request for my money to a request to change password. What am I supposed to do? Give up? I want my money.

Good Day I need assistance! I need someone to allocate the R175 to my account or to my reservation. Ticket number is T854136 Nobody answer's the phone and they are not responding to the online enquiry system! I've submitted the POP and a Certified ID. Can I get some assistance as it's the third time I have to do everything over because it keeps on cancelling. Online payments doesn't work. It deducts the R175 and then it says ''REVERSAL'' so there is no another way to make payment.
