I did more than a month ago motor vehicle lisence renewal on a vehicle, after few weeks received only lisence certificate or to say proof of payment with no lisence disc. I can't find any venue to get assistance. I did online because our traffic offices is non functional for monyhs now as the roof to the building collapsed.
I have registered a company few weeks ago. Few days after registration I received an email saying that my application has been rejected because of non payments or not enough funds in my account. The best part of it all is that you cannot get hold of these people. The phone is ringing forever.,there is no email address, the only email address direct you to a sign in page which doesn't accept your credentials. So there is no other avenue to reach this people and to get in contact with them. Thhe amount paid did went of from my bank account into their account
Hi I'm having an issue with my ovhd. I've been communicating with the company through their website with no response. I'm two weeks without tv. It give an error code and just play the promotional channel 100.my signal strengths etc is above 90 %so I guess from my side everything is fine. Although it's free but they have a terrible reputation in customer service and after care. This is the auto response you get when you email. NOTE THAT WE ARE UNABLE TO ATTEND TO EMAIL QUERIES DURING THE LOCK DOWN Period. I guess they are the only business that is still in level 5 when all as been eased. I've spend over R160 already trying to clear the codes en re register but it is still not working for me. Each sms cost R1-50.i have followed everything possible in trying to resolve the issue, that in, includes calls en numerous emails. This is the reply from the first mail: Your stb number has been forwarded to our technical team for activation, please be advised, the activation process might take 3-5 working days. Reference: 633179. After two weeks no reply
