On our business bank statement we have the details of a relationship manager with contact number. Today I dialled for assistance and get the message "the number you have dialled is incorrect!" Misrepresentation of services?!?
There is NO way to call them and chat. Don't even know if they are legit??
The call centre has improved services, but unfortunately I've just been made aware that they do not have access to the same system and info as Dept of labour offices. Which makes them useless (beyond their control) to assist with status of claims. For over two months, with every call I'm told my claim is being escalated. Years of contribution, and I have to beg for payment.
It's becoming more frequent to not be able to make a call. Quite often I dial a number, my phone shows connected, the timer starts, but there's no call... The line is dead!
My home loan has always been 100% up-to-date. FNB suddenly began harrasing me a few weeks ago for an amount of ~R700. When asked why & howcome they cannot explain and keep esculating the error. However in the meantime I am being hounded by 3 to 4 callers a day - all confused when I question them.
I cannot get thru to customer service. Called the customer service number and was asked to press the number for the relevant department. Tried twice with different choices and still went thru to the same person 'Zi'. And she was not able to help. She just put me back into the answering que. Customer service non existent at Woolworths!
Cancelled a policy on 07/10/25. 14 days later, it has not been refunded. They slipped up and failed to process in time. I called and was eventually put thru to the person who said he was in charge (Simphiwe 0323070715); but Simphiwe wants me to understand on his terms. Frustrating & Appalling service!!

Beware this company. They pretend to be a collection agent and entice you with a discount to settle outstanding accounts. It's been months since I paid up an account, and I am getting 'threatening to blacklist' emails from this company for the same paid up account. They keep hounding with calls and emails.
A dubious and misleading company! Did an upgrade on one of our MTN contracts on the 30th Sep 2025. The senior upgrades advisor confirmed that the upgrade was approved. Today (7th Oct) when I followed up am being told that the deal is still pending. This is not acceptable. You cannot mislead and blatantly lie to a customer.
