Pathetic Municipality!
We have had a power outage for nearly 48 hours! There is no service from the control room and people associated with this specific service. They don't follow through with their promises, they lie about teams that are dispatched and the they just ignore you. Our councillor Dalene Venter is trying her best at sorting and following through on all the complaints. This Municipality is really unprofessional and pathetic!!!!!!!!

Customer service/care SUCKS!
They didn't deliver one days meals. I called the next day and spoke to a gent he said that he would follow-up with the driver. No one from Dinner Time has contacted me or even responded ti the email or WhatsApp messages that I sent that is from 30th April up until now. Their Customer service/care SUCKS!!!
