Took my car there for service in April 20 2021..which i collected the following day. I noticed a scratch which wasn't there before. I called them and inquired of what had happened..i was asked to send a picture ...which i did via email. A whole passed without any communication i called again, the consultant claimed that they were about to watch the footage of the incident...another passed ...nothing no communication..i went to their branch and asked for the consultant her name is Roxanne because i had been in communication with her all this time. I showed her the scratches and she came with a i report on my car when they first recieved it which stated that i had scratches on my car on the side which was correct. Those scratches were on the left side of the car.. but the new scratch was on the right side of the car.. their report didn't even state which side the scratches were on... I told her the scratches on the left were there because they were made by my children i know about them.. Then she concluded by saying she will hand the matter over to her mananger..that was last week Friday till today nothing has been said..no communication at all. I no longer want to call them because I'm wasting my money trying to contact them while they are the ones who damaged my car.
