Active since May 2021
This has happened on 3 occasions and it’s a big issue. I have bought hot crossed buns. Doughnuts and hot dog rolls whereby the packed date shows the current date but it’s extremely stale. This either means that the staff (management) is making a decision to falsely place the incorrect packed date stickers on old baked goods. EVERYTIME I shop at this spar the baked goods are old. Something must be done to fix this and investigate the incorrect dates. This is the spar closest to me but now I have to drive further to get better quality products.
On the 02 October 2022 20:30 I left my phone in an Uber. They say 24/7 service but nobody responds. Uber did not want to contact the driver "due to privacy".
Ruth Duthie managed to convince me to keep my pet insurance when I was adamant on cancelling. Thank you for addressing my concerns in such a kind manner.
Can Caltex Linton grange PE please retrain their staff on how to set up the card machines to tap. I don't know the mans name, he was tall, chubby, white and had a beard, he tells me "Everybody knows you can't tap standard Bank cards, give me the name of the person who let you tap before" very rudely. Imagine!!! Standard Bank is partnered with Caltex and I have a titanium card. I've been tapping everytime. He just can't set up the machine. It's Covid times. Nobody should be touching those filthy machines. Please send me an update with training records because that was unacceptable.
