This is absolutely the rudest and most disgusting person I have EVER dealt with. A lot of people got scammed by Adrian Walker, and lost their deposits. I wish I knew this before I placed my order. I was very fortunate to actually receive my drawer, but upon collection I pointed out a few flaws on the cabinet (like paintwork, etc) He then threatened my that he'll call the police and he refuse to do business with me. He also repeatedly told me I'm a child and his twice my age. After this incident I left two reviews on Facebook regarding the way I was treated, and the quality of his work. Fast forward three days, he calls my company reporting me for abuse. He also sent my CEO an email, stating I'm abusive. This was his way of threatening me to take down my reviews. This man actually has a lot of potential for his business to succeed, and I will always be a big supporter of small business, but I will NEVER recommend this person to anyone. He's a very very disturbed man.
On Saturday, 15th of May, I have ordered two Boujee Bowls on UberEats. One was supposed to be with chicken, and the other one was supposed to be a veggie bowl. When I received the order, both were chicken bowls. I made contact with Nando's Canterbury, and they stated that they'll send a driver with the correct veggie bowl. The line was very bad and the manager's English was quite broken. The driver got here, gave the veggie bowl, and left. After that, the manager called me multiple times and after that sent me a WhatsApp, mentioning I didn't switch the chicken bowl as we agreed upon, he's sending his driving back to collect the other bowl. As previously mentioned, the communication was bad and this was not how I understood the conversation. I told him that my son ate the other bowl, he was furious and sent the driver to my house, demanding I pay for the wrong order. I would like to know if this was handled correctly and if it is expected for a wrong order to be switched, even after an hour has passed? And most importantly what would have happened to the bowl if we sent it back? Would they have resold it?
