I would like to make a formal complaint where I was kept on hold exactly One Hour Twenty Five Minutes and Forty Seven Seconds as per below screenshot. I called FNB business Banking on the 17/05/2021 at 12:34 with the intension of increasing my business overdraft for my company called LAMMBTECH PTY LTD. The phone was transferred to the lady by the name of Nicolle Steve who asked me relevant question regarding my account which I answered and she sent the authentication request to my cellphone and I approved, then she asked me to stay on hold while she is doing an application. She put me on-hold for 01:25:47, is this even realistic? I mean this is for the first time happening to my life and it was going to be more than that if I was not using prepaid airtime,I brought R300 airtime before I called FNB and I am now left with only R25 for listening to a FNB music on hold song. I want my airtime, my time is wasted , I have attached my airtime status here as a proof. The call ended at 14:00 and I was not even assisted by Nicole. I regard this as a very bad worst of all service delivery to a client. Kind Regards Mashabane Jackson Legodi
