I have placed an order with them on the 11th April 2021 and received only part of my order. When I enquired about this the person told me that they did not have the item I was looking for but would arrange a refund.. After countless emails and unanswered telephone calls I still have not received the refund and I am not getting any replies on my emails. I would not convince my greatest enemy to purchase anything from this company.
I have placed order on the 11th April 2021 and made payment via payfast on the same day. I only received a part of the order and when I wanted to order alternative items I was informed that they by name of nico@ggstore.co.za will arrange a refund on the 20Th April after I phoned about the missing item., Since then I have sent 11 emails to the same person and even cc'd the mail to info@ggstore.co.za, most of them unanswered and the others with a the promise I will arrange for a refund. The managers telephone no. mentioned on the website remains unanswered and if you leave an message on the enquiries which no is busy all the time you are not afforded the courtesy of a reply
