High risk of *****
Do not use this service. I have been a victim of ***** due to me using this service. User requests are leaked to *****sters that then use this information to ***** funds from consumers that think that they are using a legitimate service.

Terrible service
One of the worst experiences I have ever had. The call centre agent Nelisiwe Nkosi does not return calls. I call every second day now to ask her to call me back with an update on my claim, this does not happen. I complained about the service to their email complaints line and got no response although Nelisiwe finally did call me. I have a serious concern with the quality of the product that they are offering. The assessment company that they use did not consider the safety of the repair that they suggested - it seems it all comes down to the minimum cost of repair. When I asked the assessor if his company would warrant a repair procedure that was not approved by the manufacturer, I was told that I would have to take it up with the repairer and they would take no responsibility. I would not recommend recommend using their vehicle insurance product.
