Extra mile for a customer
Had a problem with a grain kit being damaged & contaminated. Apon making contact with MyShrooms, they organized a replacement & threw in an already colonized freebie. They went the extra mile just to keep a customer happy. I can definitely recommend them

Cannot recommend them !
I bought 2X grain kits & 2X spore syringes. syringes were fine but the grain kit was damaged most likely by the courier. the tub still looked to be sealed though so I went ahead & inoculated them. few days later I noticed mold growing on both of the grain kits. no fault of my own as I did not open the tubs & after inoculation they went straight into a sterile cupboard as instructed. after placing a phone call & after a few emails I was told I would be sent a replacement, this was 2 weeks ago, nothing since. this is the first time I've had an issue with my shrooms, but if this is how they operate I can't recommend them

Let down, disappointed
I ordered & paid for a desert eagle blank & 50 blank cartridges via Their website & payfast on the 1st of may 2021, total cost including courier fee was R4246. The estimated delivery date was 10-12 may, it's now may 21st & I still haven't received anything. I phone the number that's listed on the website & get told a different story every time, "it's been sent & the courier will get in touch with you" then it's "sorry for the delay we've just been expecting some stock issues, it will be sent with in the next week" I then asked for a refund & was promised that it would be taken care of. 3 days later & I still wait, saddest thing is that I usually do all the research on a company before using their service, I had a look @ their Facebook page & was convinced. I will be leaving negative reviews everywhere possible, in the Hope's that these scammers don't sink their teeth into anyone else.
