Absolutely excellent service and response these guy go out of their way for their customers also very friendly and if you ask for advise they are more than happy to assist where they can HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!! Very fast shipping was done nothing less than worth of 5 stars

Absolute pleasure purchasing from Myshrooms. Amazing product range, good prices and lots of info, tutorials & help available for newbie growers. Received our order quickly (despite the fact that Black Friday November was on the go). Upon opening the box, it was very clear that a lot of care and attention to detail had been given to everything and we were very impressed. Thanks Dave, keep doing what you're doing, we love it!!!

Absolute pleasure purchasing from Myshrooms. Amazing product range, good prices and lots of info, tutorials & help available for newbie growers. Received our order quickly (despite the fact that Black Friday November was on the go). Upon opening the box, it was very clear that a lot of care and attention to detail had been given to everything and we were very impressed. Thanks Dave, keep doing what you're doing, we love it!!!

Best service ever
The best service ever. The ahipping is super fast. I ordered on a monday and recieved my parcel the next day, after only expecting it to arrive a bit later. Cultures are clean and genetics are super strong. 10/10 recommend!

Extra mile for a customer
Had a problem with a grain kit being damaged & contaminated. Apon making contact with MyShrooms, they organized a replacement & threw in an already colonized freebie. They went the extra mile just to keep a customer happy. I can definitely recommend them

Cannot recommend them !
I bought 2X grain kits & 2X spore syringes. syringes were fine but the grain kit was damaged most likely by the courier. the tub still looked to be sealed though so I went ahead & inoculated them. few days later I noticed mold growing on both of the grain kits. no fault of my own as I did not open the tubs & after inoculation they went straight into a sterile cupboard as instructed. after placing a phone call & after a few emails I was told I would be sent a replacement, this was 2 weeks ago, nothing since. this is the first time I've had an issue with my shrooms, but if this is how they operate I can't recommend them

From Nervous to impressed
Bought a growing kit and some Spores from MyShrooms to try kickstart a new hobby. After a few days of not hearing anything and having not dealt with them before, I got a bit nervous and emailed them. Dave Edwards replied to me swiftly and was very helpful and reassuring, and then the same again when I was following up on the delivery. (I mistakenly thought it was coming from nearby Cape Town rather than from Durban) Today I received my package everything intact, the quality I was hoping for and sooner than expected. Thanks you MyShrooms for a great first experience and I look forward to trying out new species sometime soon and using you again. Kind Regards Barrett
