They Can't Even Get the Keys Right - Do Not Trust Them With Your Property
Huurkor's incompetence is staggering. Imagine ending a rental mandate only to find out the keys they give you don't even open the door to your own home. This was my reality. On top of this logistical nightmare, I found damage in the property that they either caused or ignored. Their two most basic jobs are to manage access and protect the property. They failed at both. I had to terminate our agreement immediately. Save yourself the hassle and property damage. Look elsewhere.

Beware: Rawson Rental Agency (Pretoria East) - *********** & Uncommunicative
As an owner, I was forced to terminate a lease agreement due to personal occupancy needs. Notice was sent to Rawson Rental Agency (Pretoria East) 4 months prior to tenants move out date. However, Rawson Rental Agency (Pretoria East) ineptitude made the process excessively difficult. Key Issues: 1. Neglectful communication: Tenants weren't informed promptly. Actually, communication was never sent to tenants, until I demand to move into the property. Now I look bad to the tenants as a result of communication being sent 4 week prior to tenants moving out! 2. Inefficient handling: Delays and misunderstandings plagued the process. 3. Unprofessionalism: Agent's actions inconvenienced both tenants and myself. I expected a smooth transition but Rawson Rental Agency (Pretoria East) incompetence caused unnecessary stress. Warning to Fellow Property Owners: Avoid Rawson Rental Agency (Pretoria East) to prevent similar frustrations. Seek reliable managing agents prioritizing effective communication and professionalism.

Car brake in at virgin active gym
I had a car break in while having my gym session straight after work on the 20 April 2021, 17h30, where suspects stole my work bag. Club manager does confirm that from viewing the CCTV, suspect tampered with my car but number plate not visible. Report from G4S security stated that their boom gate cameras are outdated and they can't get any footage. I DO NOT recommend virgin active Menlyn gym, IT IS NOT A SAFE ENVIRONMENT. SECURITY OVERALL IS VERY POOR!!!
