One star too many. They dont deserve any. On the 18 May 2021, I took my car for a service at Audi Center Durban. Upon my arrival I informed them that there is a message on the dashboard indicating EPC, This message came up in the morning on my way to the center, and there was also a funny noise coming out, which i explained to them. We agreed that they will check provided the diagnosis fees, which I agreed to pay. After the service nothing was explained to me, but only told, the noise could have Had something to do with the service. On my way back, the same noise started again, this time it was terrible, causing the car to shake. This whole ordeal placed my life in danger. When I reached for the invoice, i discovered that the car has a misfire, but none of that was explained to me. On the 20 May 2021, i towered my car back to them for diagnosis. The report came back, but nothing has been done to fix the car. I'm sitting here with no copy of diagnosis report, but only stories and claims from them. Its been 3 days since they took my car in ,and there is still no clarity from them. I'm beyond the level of exasperation and disappointment. Sadly, I reported this matter to Audi SA, but till today nothing has been resolved. I regret the day i set my foot at Audi Center Durban. My travellings have been affected, and I'm left in a complete stae of devastation and despesration.
