Hellopeter I need your help on 2025 11 11 my car went for service at Reedsmotors Belleville Chev Captiva 2'4 2011 modell when it came back from the service I noticed that the engine has noise when idling and the engine fan or Aircon fan has also got noise I took it back to reedsmotors Belleville on 19 November 2025 they didn't find the cause of noise and they said I must book from the car again I need your quickest intervention in this matter from Nelson Mvundlela 0835126180
On 2025 11 11 I sent my car for service at Reedsmotors Belleville Chevrolet Captiva 2011 model when it came from the service I found that the engine has funny noise when idling and the engine fan or Aircon fan has a funny noise as well I took it back on 2025 11 19 they were un able to find the cause of the noise and told me to book for the car next week
The insurance did very well to help to repair my car as I had no money I was not disappoint during difficult time thas why I give 5 star
I'm not happy with the workshop service they said the car need clutch pulley after they put the clutch pulley there is the noisy in front which is the same before they put pulley and now they say is Timing Chain when I check on records the Timing Chain was done in 2022 by the same work shop Steve's Auto clinic in Stikland near Belville.about this noise in the car
. I have been paying maintenance through gunish order, last year June I received an email from my HR dept that maintenance money is bouncing back maybe recipient account is not active or changed. On the 11 May 2021 I went to STD bank ATM to withdraw money, to my surprise I did not receive money from ATM saying TECHNICAL Error.
