I took my car to Car Service Centre, Stonewood for a minor service. They did not tighten the nuts of my front driver side wheel before releasing my car . It is extremely negligent on their behalf. They were also not too concerned about it or did not offer any assistance when they were informed of it . Very disappointed in Car Service City, Stonewood.

If your insurance suggests this place, please ask them to take you to another place. They have had my car from the 4th of March and still no repairs are being done. When I called two weeks ago, Andre, the workshop person tells me that they still did not get the right parts for the vehicle. Then he tells me that they will receive the parts by Monday the 18th latest. When I call again on Monday, he tells me that they have received the parts at around 12:00 and will start the repairs on my car later that afternoon or on Wednesday. Today when I call, the repairs on my car still haven't commenced. They lie and don't get a lot done. Would not recommend

Took my vehicle to 3M car service in 391 Bohlmann street Hermanstad, Pretoria in March for it t be fixed since it was liking water at not moving because it was said that oil and water have mixed. In their mechanical term they said it hid top. It is a registered company and promised that their work its good. Was given invoice for R34k and said that for car to be fixed they will need R15k deposit of which i did pay without hesitation. After few days they said the car its fixed and they have added something on the invoice and had to pay R23k of which i also paid without any trouble. When i took the car it was drivable bt it was cutting along the way @nd had lot of smoke coming out of the exhaust. On the invoice it was said that faulty things were. Air filtermass meter faulty, tarpet cover breather faulty, brake shuddering. Problem is after i paid R38k yje car its still cutting while driving and when i take it bck to mechanic 3M car service they say i must now get a new or used engine because the engine its damaged and it cannot be fixed. Not satisfied with service i paid R38k for nothing.

My husband nd I took our Ford Figo to car service nd repair centre at Pretoria north, it was last year October. When we went to fetch the car the following day we discovered that it had a weird sound coming from the engine, so went back again then one of their employees took the car inside their workshop to inspect it so when he brought the car back to us we realized that it has a bump under the driver's side.We called the lady who was working at the reception to show her the bump then she started becoming arrogant telling us that such thing never happened before in their workshop and that there's nothing they can do and we should come back the next day.The following day we went there the story changed she told us that the owner of the place is stuck in Zimbabwe he had lost his passport and that she would call us when he returns till today. We went again this year early January she was very cold you can tell through her facial expression that she's ****ed off.

Since our review in April 2021, this nightmare is far from over. Marric Service Centre and Autozone, based in Tzaneen, have now acknowledged liabilty for the incorrect and faulty alternator that was supplied by Autozone and installed by Marric Service Centre. We have out of the blue received a brand new alternator that we had to collect at Postnet. It was sent by Marric Service Centre without any communication from them whatsoever. Autozone informed us via e-mail that the alternator returned to them indeed tested as faulty hence the new alternator that they provided directly to Marric Service Centre under warrantee. The alternator cost R1500 if you buy it directly from Autozone but we were charged an astronomical R5677.20 by Marric Service Centre for the identical alternator and they ALSO added an unspecified labour charge to install such alternator. Total labour charge on their Invoice of R32,013.75 amounts to R4500, believe it or not. Bottom line, we were stranded in George because of this faulty alternator and accordingly obliged to incur total costs in the amount of R5800 in order to get a new alternator installed in our vehicle. What must we now do with another, rubbish "MACHINA" alternator? We can't return it for cash to Autozone anywhere as we don't have an Invoice for it so we are sitting with a brand new alternator that is useless to us. And Marric Service Centre and Autozone are sitting back smiling because "they" "honoured" the warrantee by sending us a replacement "alternator." It is most pathetic and totally unacceptable to any person with a single brain cell. So there is no dispute anymore, Autozone and Marric admitted that the alternator provided and installed by them was indeed faulty and that we were correct in having another alternator installed in George where we were stranded. Accordingly we tender the alternator back to Autozone, we will deliver it to the nearest branch to us, after we have received a payment from Marric Service Centre alternatively Autozone Tzaneen in the total amount of R5800 as set out above. The above actions by Marric and Autozone are totally unethical and one of the reasons why Autozone is regarded as the worst possible shop you can go to in order to buy anything that they supply for vehicles etc. EVERY SINGLE item that you can obtain from Autozone is absolutely rubbish and the cheapest stuff made in China that money can buy. And Marric install this rubbish that the buy from Aoutozone and charge the same that a proper alternator really cost. So avoid Autozone shops all over the country and Marric Service Centre In Tzaneen, they sell and install rubbish and have no business ethics on top of it. We will continue with our quest to get our money back from the mentioned entities as they are trying to get away with daylight robbery. The citizens of SA must take more time to demand good, proper and ethical services and goods from the businesses in our wonderfull country as we are all suffering the same fate, even from our cANCer government. We must all take a stand together, it is the only way forward.
