I purchased a Bennett Read Dribuddy on 30 November 2025 from Game Mamelodi as a Christmas gift for my mother. My mother and I live together, so the product was only opened and used after Christmas. Once we began using it, it became clear that its performance was not satisfactory. The product has a full drying cycle of approximately 3 hours (180 minutes), however in actual use we were required to run it for up to 5 hours to dry items. I returned the product on 30 December 2025 in its original condition, including: • Original packaging • Manual • All components The unit was handed in in a resellable condition. Because I stay far from Mamelodi, I approached Game Menlyn for assistance and was advised that the product must be assessed by TEVO. I was only informed after the return process that TEVO operates separately from Game and that a 14-day return expectation app****. This was not formally disclosed to me at the point of purchase, nor was it documented on the receipt or provided in writing. Today, I was asked to collect the product. Upon collection, I found that: • The original box had been damaged • The packaging inside the box was missing • The manual was missing This was not the condition in which the product was returned. I was then told that I should not have handed in the box when I returned the product. In addition, I was informed by Mr Thabiso Mokwena that a refund “will not happen”. This is concerning, as: • The product was returned for assessment in full original condition • It has now been returned to me in a damaged and incomplete state • The performance concern remains unresolved Under the Consumer Protection Act, goods are subject to an imp**** warranty of quality for six months. Where goods fail to meet expected standards of quality, durability, or fitness for purpose within this period, the consumer may request a repair, replacement, or refund. I am seeking clarity on: • Why the product was returned to me in a damaged and incomplete condition • The process for resolving performance-related concerns • The appropriate next steps toward resolution
After discussions with their consultant Dineo on the My service suite, she confirmed that there was a purchase that was reserved as per their sms sent, but I am getting charged for not having funds in the account 4 days after the transaction was made. I use this account to pay bills and being overcharged for amounts that have been reserved for those bills. Mind you I am using FNB Premier. Move to Investec guys

I went to Tiger Wheel and Tyre in Boksburg, opposite East Rand Mall. I was assisted by Bheki, don't make the same mistake I made. He spent the whole day, from 11:50 taking care of my insurance claim for rims and tires and he didn't send the correct information to the insurance company. He was *********** and did not know what he was doing.
I could give 10 stars, I would. I locked my keys in the car and I have them a call. They had the locksmith here in under 30 minutes. Thank you for the amazing service. Really appreciate!!!!!
I got into an accident on the 28th of Feb and I contacted outsurance. I was questioned about the information I provided at the start of the insurance by Connie Mokhatla for two days. I initially didn't want my car to get towed, but I noticed that there was something wrong with the wheel, so I called outsurance again to ask them to have the car towed. When they were done with their assessments, that took a further 2 days, it was time to send the car to the panel beaters. Only they did not know where my car was. I had to use my tracker app to locate my car and tell them where it is. They partnered with the worst panel beaters, Precise Repair Centre in Centurion. They added a brand new door to the order for a scratch and the insurance approved it. Outsurance employees like Yollanda Mahlangu, have no sense of urgency when it comes to ensuring that cars are fixed in a timely fashion. They blame it on the suppliers, that they didn't vet before taking my car to these panel beaters. This is the worst possible experience. And the worst part about it is that they are rude when they are being questioned.
If your insurance suggests this place, please ask them to take you to another place. They have had my car from the 4th of March and still no repairs are being done. When I called two weeks ago, Andre, the workshop person tells me that they still did not get the right parts for the vehicle. Then he tells me that they will receive the parts by Monday the 18th latest. When I call again on Monday, he tells me that they have received the parts at around 12:00 and will start the repairs on my car later that afternoon or on Wednesday. Today when I call, the repairs on my car still haven't commenced. They lie and don't get a lot done. Would not recommend
The people in store are very helpful. I was a little confused by the price online not being the same as the price in-store. So I asked for help to buy the item online. After I have ordered the item, they canceled the order due to the item not being in stock, after I have seen the item in store. That didn't make any sense and I wouldn't trust buying online from them.
I have been calling the company from August to get my unit installed, it's almost November and I still don't have a tracker unit. They had the wrong details for my vehicle but the right personal details. I had an emergency recently and I was told to press my tracker panic button and I did not get a call back.
The employees at Kauai, Hatfield, as so kind. Their service sets an example of how all food chains should treat their customers. Depending on what your order is, you can expect your food in 5-10 minutes and your smoothies in 5 minutes. Their smoothies and food are top notch. It is well made and tasty. They use fresh products.
