A new dawn is arising so before you, Minister Hat, hopefully finally hang up your hat, please leave some good deeds behind that the citizens of SA can remember you by. This is the tragic factual history of a wrongful and ******** deed that will be rectified by the SAPS, you have my word on that. This unacceptable nightmare commenced during 2015 and is still ongoing, believe it or not. I have no intention of ever giving up this fight, rest assured. I have tried my utmost to settle this situation amicably with the SAPS but unfortunately and as usual, they think that they are above the law. It was a cold day in hell when it was decided that the government will always pay the legal costs whenever a SAPS member or other member of Government is sued or prosecuted. Even retired President’s like JACOB ZUMA!!!!! One of the main reasons why they do what they like. Apologies about this long intro but here I go!!! Honourable co-citizens, I am at my wit's end and I respectfully request the host of this SA platform and the Honourable President of our beloved country South-Africa to allow this post as it is factually 100% correct. And I can't shorten my post/complaint unfortunately. This is obviously in the public interest and can never be considered as slander or personal attacks without reasonable grounds. I am the “proud” holder of a LIFELONG VALID green license for a .303 rifle which firearm was ******/disappeared whilst in the possession of Warrant Officer Harry McNish from Lyttelton SAPS. I personally handed the firearm and my license to him, during 2015, in the presence of 3 witnesses at the police station and he undertook to send it for ballistics testing per my request. I have a handwritten note wrote by him personally on a piece of SAPS paper with his mobile number 082 291 3146 and his e-mail address that he gave to me when I handed my rifle and green license over to him in his hands. The Lyttelton SAPS 13 Store was closed for some or other reason and Mcnish undertook to process the rifle duly and properly immediately that same day the moment that the Store 13 employees open up again. A SAPS civilian lady employee was sitting in the same office and she saw and heard everything. Mcnish also wrote an e-mail address down on the same piece of paper for such lady. Ever since, Lyttelton SAPS can't find any trace of my family heirloom Firearm and Harry McNish told his superiors that he can't remember receiving the firearm. So in effect he is simply pleading guilty as charged in his personal capacity and his capacity as officer in the SAPS. He obviously can’t deny this it is indeed his handwriting on the piece of paper, Thank God. I was "instructed" by a Colonel van Schalkwyk, also from Lyttelton SAPS, "that I must lay a charge of theft of a firearm against W/O Harry McNish and that they can't assist me in any other way". This decision was supported by Brigadier Mtlala, the former Station Commander at Lyttelton SAPS. I laid the charge and the case is pending for whatever reason. The investigating SAPS Captain hasn't spoken to me yet after I laid the charge. I have to date spent MANY hours writing letters and on the phone TRYING to speak to Mrs. Ras, secretary to the new commander at Lyttelton Brigadier Thooley, the Investigating Officer Captain Mottola and IPID, supposed to be our last resort. I tried their "Toll Free Number" more than 20 times all times during the day without ANYBODY ever answering such calls. Absolutely 100% cANCer pathetic!!!! I have now completed all applicable courses and exams and app**** for a competency certificate for all firearms except powder and I also hold Natshoot certified dedicated hunting and sport shooting status. Upon obtaining competency approval I intend to submit applications for licenses for x 5 firearms over and above the .30 calibre rifle that I am entitled too in terms of my still valid green licence. It must be noted that the mentioned applications can take anything from 3 months to more than a year to be considered and maybe granted or refused with an option to appeal. Whilst the SAPS can't protect us citizens, simply look at the statistics that speak for themselves. With "The Hat" being driven and flying all over the country with 6 bodyguards and more, all armed with automatic Firearms. Sounds like the Idi Amin joke of many years ago, now actually happening in our beloved rainbow country, on our doorsteps😡😡. I have been wronged and am of the opinion that I must be permitted to obtain another/replacement firearm under the green license that I still have on my name. The SAPS are still obliged to issue green replacement licences to legal holders of such licences and my request is accordingly not ******** or wrong in any sense of the word. My settlement “solution” to this theft of my Firearm by a SAPS member is that I am granted the opportunity to BUY MYSELF another rifle in the .30 calibre and that the relevant Department issue a new green license for such replacement firearm to me. Suing the SAPS is extremely costly and most likely throwing good money after bad money and all that remains is suing W/O McNish in his private capacity. But it won't replace my ****** family heirloom and how do I prove the value of such sentimental .303 Lee Enfield that dates back to being used by a Great Grandfather in the "Ossewa Brandwag"? Honourable President Ramaphosa or “Somebody”, please assist, us as ordinary citizens have to jump through many hoops and wait ages for anything firearms related whilst Minister Hat and his underlings are not subject to the same laws that we are subject to. Alternatively Honourable President Ramaphosa, perhaps you know of anybody else perhaps in the Democratic Alliance with the authority to sort my problem out without any further delays please!!!!! I have sent the following e-mail to SUPERSONIC last week that is self explanatory. Our previous complaints in respect of this entity are on record and are simply ignored by "SUPERPATHETIC." Don't ever come near this company, I HAVE NEVER EXPERIENCED SUCH PATHETIC EXPERIENCE IN MY LIFE. Good morning Thuso, Vanessa and the rest of you *********** people in the employ of Supersonic. We herewith place on record that Supersonic attempted to ***** R2499.00 from our bank account on 2 January 2023 notwithstanding all the correspondence below. We furthermore confirm that you have still to date failed to collect your router and Sim card from us at the address where you delivered same. The attempted theft of the money from our bank account have luckily been reversed in time and they are in the process of investigating the ***** committed by Supersonic. You are herewith given a final opportunity until 16:30 tomorrow Friday 5 January 2024 to attend to all of our instructions set out in our correspondence below INCLUDING the collection of your Router and Sim card failing which we shall proceed to lay ******** charges at the SAPS against Supersonic, THUSO MAKGATO & VANESSA NKUNA in their personal capacities as accomplices in this attempted theft and *****ulent actions. We shall also hand the Router and Sim card to the SAPS Investigating Officer to keep as evidence pieces at such point in time. This entire matter shall also ONCE AGAIN be published on social media all over the country in the interest of the public out there to ensure that they steer wide of SUPERPATHETIC at all times. MOSSELBAAI TOYOTA & TOYOTA SA SIMPLY DON'T GIVE A DAMN. YOU UNFORTUNATELY HAVE TO READ ALL MY PREVIOUS REVIEWS IN THIS REGARD BUT AT THIS STAGE, HEREWITH THE CRUX OF THIS VERY LONG OUTSTANDING MATTER: 1.) AUTOMARK so-called "CERTIFICATION" in respect of used vehicles sold by them is worthless and can not be re**** upon especially when certified by Mosselbay Toyota; 2.)We bought a vehicle form AUTOMARK MOSSELBAY TOYOTA and they certified that the paintwork of such vehicle is 100% in order with Toyota assurance: 3.)The white paint on the 4 side panels of our vehicle is turning into yellow paint and we have received expert advice that the 4 panels of our bakkie have indeed been resprayed with inferior paint by a Panelbeaters that is not an accredited Toyota Panelbeater or Spraypainter. SEEING IS BELIEVING!!!!! 4.)We were initially assured by Mr. Dewald Vermaak, the Automark Manager at Mosselbay Toyota, that the vehicle sold to us has never been resprayed BEFORE by anybody. We followed up with the previous owner of the vehicle and he CONFIRMED that he indeed had some spray work done to the vehicle just before trading it in at Mosselbay Toyota. 5.) Mr. Vermaak initially told us, in no uncertain terms, that he spoke to Calvin from Saylin Construction CC, the previous owner of our bakkie and that Calvin assured him that the bakkie was never resprayed whilst in his possession. 6.) We contacted Calvin directly and he told us otherwise. That he indeed had some spray work done to the vehicle by a certain"ZAHIET panelbeaters somewhere in TOP DUSTRIA in Mosselbay. 7.) At this stage Calvin from Saylin Construction CC and the Panelbeaters Zahiet, refuse to provide us with a copy of the relevant "re-spray" invoice and this IS A MYSTERY THAT WE DONT UNDERSTAND. WHY WOULD THEY REFUSE TO SUPPLY SUCH INVOICE TO US? But we will obtain a copy of this Invoice, it can not be hidden forever even if we have to enquire through SARS. Hopefully it was a legitimate transaction with VAT charged and paid. 😎 We have obtained a quotation from Toyota accredited Panelbeaters that they are prepared to respray the yellow and peeling panels of the vehicle with proper paint in a proper workmanlike manner for the amount pf R15,000 (Fifteen Thousand Rand) 9) the DEALER PRINCIPAL of MOSSELBAY TOYOTA MR. STEFAN JANSEN VAN VUUREN, REFUSES TO ENTERTAIN THIS CLAIM AND TO pay the meagre amount of R15,000 in order to ensure that the Toyota name and their Toyota Automark certification remains intact and trustable. Accordingly my suggestion is, in future get a separate certification from an entity like DECRA and insist that Toyota pay for their inspection before you buy a vehicle from Automark. 10.) Mosselbay Toyota and Mr. Sidney Dube from customer relations TOYOTA SA, have now established, without any reasonable doubt, that the Automark certification is not worth the paper that it is written on. Mr. Sidney Dube must be avoided at all costs as he is clearly employed in the wrong department being "customer relations" at Toyota SA. We have found him to be totally one-sided and merely a pawn being shifted about by Mosselbay Toyota as they see fit as Chess Master. My latest letter to an employee and the cancellation department of Supersonic aka Super Pathetic. Totally unanswered!!!! Good day Thuso You and your cancellation department should read this mail extremely carefully. I have now “cancelled” as instructed by you on your web portal but there is no option to cancel “immediately” so you were luring me into such trap. Quickest cancellation date I could choose was end November 2023. The same as the circumstances of luring unsuspected clients into granting you debit orders while the fact of providing internet services has not yet been established. I warn you and your cancellation department again, we did not have the privilege of any internet service from SUPER PATHETIC and you will accordingly be committing ***** if you attempt to raise any debit order against our account whatsoever. It remains your PERSONAL responsibility to cancel our **** services immediately, arrange for collection of your **** Router and Simcard and remove all our details from your records. This pathetic state of affairs will not cost us a cent and you better ensure that we don’t pay anything whatsoever. MOSSELBAAI TOYOTA, AUTO MARK (Avoid them!!!!!!!!!!!) Toyota is a huge conglomerate spending millions on marketing and advertising, with their entire focus to sell as many Toyotas as possible. BUT on ground level they allow individual dealer principals and their employees to treat a client with huge disrespect claiming in effect that such client is dishonest when he makes certain claims. So much for customer satisfaction actually being tantamount to a crude joke. Mosselbay Toyota and specifically Dewald Vermaak as manager of their "AUTOMARK" division just managed to make me become nauseous when I hear the word Toyota. And adding injury to insult, Toyota customer service acting through Lorraine van Wyk hammered the nail in even deeper by doing absolutely nothing about our serious complaint. This is only the kickoff before this big match commences. Dewald Vermaak, o.b.o Mosselbay Toyota, sold a used D/C vehicle to us quite a while ago, alleging that "such vehicle was traded in by a good client of them, a person who looks well after his vehicles". In the same vein, alleging and actually GUARANTEEING, that the vehicle in dispute, passed their TOYOTA AUTOMARK million check tests with flying colors. To our huge dismay, experts recently brought it under our attention that at least 4 panels on both sides of the vehicle have at some point in time been resprayed and that it was actually quite badly done. Because of such facts, a prospective private buyer declined to buy the vehicle from us. The facts are simple and straightforward, we NEVER had any spray painting effected to the vehicle so it must have happened whilst in the possession of the previous owner or by MOSSELBAY TOYOTA AUTOMARK to make the vehicle more appealing. It is actually totally irrelevant who was responsible for the spray painting effected to the vehicle. The DISHONEST fact entails that the vehicle has been resprayed before it was sold to us without Dewald Vermaak or anybody else at MOSSELBAY AUTOMARK TOYOTA pointing it out to us. Such badly done spray painting is now deteriorating worse than the original "factory paint" on the vehicle becoming yellowish with the "clear coat" also starting to peel off on some places. Now for the biggest and crudest joke, MOSSELBAY TOYOTA refuses to pay accredited TOYOTA Panelbeaters of our choice to respray the vehicle in accordance with TOYOTA standards, entire costs just above R10K. Believe it!!!!!!!!!! In the same breath, Dewald Vermaak in his capacity as MOSSELBAY TOYOTA AUTOMARK Manager offers to us IN WRITING "that he will, TO ASSIST US, arrange with a Panelbeater in Mosselbay to respray the vehicle but we must bring the vehicle there and be prepared to leave the vehicle in MOSSELBAY for at least a week". Without any guarantees or assurances in respect of the materials and workmanship!!!!! We rejected such "offer of assistance" with the contempt that it deserved and this is now how the fight is starting off. We will not allow MOSSELBAY TOYOTA, DEWALD VERMAAK, or TOYOTA SOUTH AFRICA to escape their much advertised and bragged about AUTOMARK PROMISES so watch this space, it will in all probability get more interesting by the day. In the same vein, alleging and actually GUARANTEEING, that the vehicle in dispute, passed their TOYOTA AUTOMARK million check tests with flying colors. To our huge dismay, experts recently brought it under our attention that at least 4 panels on both sides of the vehicle have at some point in time been resprayed and that it was actually quite badly done. Because of such facts, a prospective private buyer declined to buy the vehicle from us. The facts are simple and straightforward, we NEVER had any spray painting effected to the vehicle so it must have happened whilst in the possession of the previous owner or by MOSSELBAY TOYOTA AUTOMARK to make the vehicle more appealing. It is actually totally irrelevant who was responsible for the spray painting effected to the vehicle. The DISHONEST fact entails that the vehicle has been resprayed before it was sold to us without Dewald Vermaak or anybody else at MOSSELBAY AUTOMARK TOYOTA pointing it out to us. Such badly done spray painting is now deteriorating worse than the original "factory paint" on the vehicle becoming yellowish with the "clear coat" also starting to peel off on some places. Now for the biggest and crudest joke, MOSSELBAY TOYOTA refuses to pay accredited TOYOTA Panelbeaters of our choice to respray the vehicle in accordance with TOYOTA standards, entire costs just above R10K. Believe it!!!!!!!!!! In the same breath, Dewald Vermaak in his capacity as MOSSELBAY TOYOTA AUTOMARK Manager offers to us IN WRITING "that he will, TO ASSIST US, arrange with a Panelbeater in Mosselbay to respray the vehicle but we must bring the vehicle there and be prepared to leave the vehicle in MOSSELBAY for at least a week". Without any guarantees or assurances in respect of the materials and workmanship!!!!! We rejected such "offer of assistance" with the contempt that it deserved and this is now how the fight is starting off. We will not allow MOSSELBAY TOYOTA, DEWALD VERMAAK, or TOYOTA SOUTH AFRICA to escape their much advertised and bragged about AUTOMARK PROMISES so watch this space, it will in all probability get more interesting by the day. Yes, I am back to warn everybody against Supersonic (actually "Superpathetic") being a middleman daylight ****** providing internet services. In our case (see previous post as well) we waited ages for the delivery of a router and 4G simcard (MTN) and that was when our frustrations really started boiling over. Since "activation" of our "Internet" just about 2 weeks ago, we have not had a single day with proper, uninterrupted Internet. Super pathetic has this Whatsapp support that takes up to 10 minutes every time to just inform someone that your internet is not working. So if you go the Super Pathetic route, forget about doing anything else but sit on your phone and WhatsApp the whole day to get your Internet on again. We are at our wit's end and herewith inform Supersonic that we cancel any agreement we concluded for the rendering of Internet services to ourselves due to non performance from your side. Refund us, remove your Router and Simcard immediately and remove our details from all your records. Also tell MTN to shove their Simcard somewhere the sun never shines. FINAL WARNING AND DEMAND Refund us, collect your useless **** router and don't you dare to try and raise a single payment from us via debit order. Confirm on this forum that our debit order has been cancelled or we shall take whatever action we may deem necessary to force you to adhere to this request.
