Lying repair centre, nothing precise about them

If your insurance suggests this place, please ask them to take you to another place. They have had my car from the 4th of March and still no repairs are being done.

When I called two weeks ago, Andre, the workshop person tells me that they still did not get the right parts for the vehicle. Then he tells me that they will receive the parts by Monday the 18th latest. When I call again on Monday, he tells me that they have received the parts at around 12:00 and will start the repairs on my car later that afternoon or on Wednesday.

Today when I call, the repairs on my car still haven't commenced.

They lie and don't get a lot done.
