I was unfortunate to buy a BV5900 earlier this year, the phone does not respond to touch and I often have to reboot, often still not responding, on reaching out to the arrogant staff at Blackview, I've been told I have to send my phone to Gauteng as they do not have service departments or agencies in the Western Cape, so what an inconvenience, now I must delete all my info and data, buy a new phone as I do not have a spare and send the thing to Gauteng at my cost, my advice don't touch them, wise men learn by others mistakes, fools by their own
